Not only doe the bathroom in question have '70s plush pink carpet, but it has a whirlpool tub that is paneled along with the walls in really bad plastic "faux" stone. We tried washing it out, but the stench remained. Baking soda would definitely have helped. Would you put in carpet or tile for your floor? The vanity portion of our master bath is connected to the bedroom w/o a door. The carpet from the bedroom extends to in front of the vanity.
