I'm way to excited for my own good. My offer was accepted weeks and weeks ago, but I had to wait for the tenants to find other apartments before I could move towards closing. (I'm making a duplex conversion back into a single family home) I was supposed to close on Monday, but my appraisal is taking FOREVER and now it looks like Wednesday. I just want it all to hurry up so I can rip out walls!!! I know exactly how you feel. I’m way to excited for my own good.
