We put in Rheem as well and love it. I am not really savvy enough to recommend one over the other and can't remember what our decision making process was when we selected Rheem. I remember a lot of research and confusion though. Best of luck to you!

I have sold all of the brands listed at one time or another and admit to a prejudice towards Rheem equipment.

The furnaces are what we like to call "bullet-proof" and have one of the lowest if not the lowest call back records ever. They are also very quiet.

I would go with Rheem anyday, even Consumer Reports agrees.

This is a REAL biggie though. Any equipment is only as good as the installer. IT MUST BE INSTALLED PROPERLY or the equipment brand won't really matter, although again, Rheem seems to be more "forgiving" than other brands in my experience.
